What the BAU decision layer actually does

Rotation plans, regional playbooks, a weekly brief, succession planning, and buyer matching — five tools that answer one question: what should I plant, and will it pay?

A farm plan usually lives in three places at once: a notebook, a spreadsheet, and someone's head. The decision layer pulls those into one place and prices the outcome before the seed goes in the ground.

The five pieces

  • Rotation Intelligence — pick a crop per year and see three years of cost, profit per acre, plant-family conflicts, and month-by-month cash flow.
  • Regional Growing Playbooks — every crop's field calendar, yield, cost lines, breakeven price and yield, with the source budget linked.
  • Weekly Farm Brief — your county's seven-day forecast, workable days, frost and heat calls, and the crop windows open right now.
  • Crop Compatibility & Succession — a plant-family grid with wait times, plus staggered planting dates for a continuous harvest.
  • Verified Partner Recommendations — real buyer demand matched to your crops, showing margin per acre at the buyer's own price.

Three rules that do not bend

  • Your records stay yours. Nothing you enter is shown to another farm.
  • The farmer decides. The tool recommends and shows its reasoning; it never acts on your behalf.
  • Permission is the product. Benchmarks are pooled only with written per-farm consent.

There is no advertising in any of it. No vendor pays for placement, and no recommendation exists because someone bought it.
