About us

We help farmers make better decisions without replacing what they already know.

BAU Farm Intelligence turns a farm's own records — fields, soil, costs, yields, and buyers — into decisions a grower can act on: what to plant, what it will cost, what it should sell for, and who is already asking for it.

Available now in early access; 2027 pilot participants receive guided onboarding.

It started on our own ground

Business As Usual Farm in Shelby, North Carolina is where every tool gets used before it ships. If a planner does not survive a real season on a real field, it does not belong in the product.

One region, done properly

We serve USDA Zones 7–9 across the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida. Cost lines come from published NC, GA, and FL extension budgets, and every figure on the site links to its source.

Veteran-owned, farmer-governed

Business As Usual LLC is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (SBA VOSB). Farmer records stay private by default and are pooled into benchmarks only with written permission.

    President

    Office of the President

    Biography

Raised by a classically trained British chef, Dorian grew up valuing the link between farming and the table. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he carries the discipline and mission focus of his service into every venture he leads. Hands-on work through agricultural cohorts later revealed how many produce growers still run their operations on paper and disconnected tools. Drawing on an Economics degree from Indiana University, an MBA from Colorado State University, and 15 years in financial services, he founded BAU Farm Intelligence to help produce farmers plan smarter, forecast better, and grow more profitable operations.

    Marketing

    Biography

Diamond believes the story behind a head of lettuce matters as much as the harvest itself. A Marketing graduate of Baker College, she brings more than 17 years of marketing experience and a deep entrepreneurial track record in the Beauty and Personal Care sector, where she built brands from the ground up. At BAU Farm Intelligence, she leads brand, demand generation, and grower acquisition — building the voice that connects specialty crop farmers with the buyers, partners, and communities who depend on them. Her focus is simple: make the platform feel as trustworthy and grower-first as the farmers it serves.
